Creative Process
The sounds come from recordings made in industrial environments using a multi-microphone setup and Barcus-Berry 4k contact microphones, in order to capture wide, long reverberation tails. Sessions were carried out in warehouses, hangars, and technical basements, then enhanced with convolution reverbs to emphasize the cinematic character of the library.
