Creative Process

STONE IMPACT SOUND EFFECTS brings together carefully edited and assembled stone impact sounds. The recordings come from stones thrown against rock blocks, smashed on the ground, or struck with steel bars and pickaxes. Every take was captured far from urban areas, in an open-air stone quarry, to avoid unwanted background noise and ensure clean recordings.
